What Is A Cheat Day?
A low carb high fat diet weight loss program is not the toucher treatment you are used too on most diets.
In fact it is actually good on a low carb diet to splurge every once in a while. It is called a cheat day.
What you want to do is get to ketosis for a week or two then have a cheat day where you load up on carbs.
This speeds up your metabolism and since you are a fat burner it will burn the body fat when the carbs are used up.
I do recommend an organic grain free beer or organic wine if you have a store that sells it.
This cheat day is not to over indulge but to have a few more carbs than usual.
Most diets you go off of will not yield good results, but on a low carb diet, it actually helps to speed up your metabolism once or twice a month.
Your mind plays an important role in your health too. So find someplace calm and relaxing to recharge your mind and spirit.
I must repeat once again that you should not overindulge on your cheat day. Just remember how addictive sugar is and don’t let one day string into more.
You can do this on any diet, but it will only work on a low carb diet.
The reason is your body prefers sugar or carbs as a food source over fat.
