This weekend’s sizzling hot post is the easiest way for you to lose weight.

It has to do with fasting.

Scientists have found that the cells in your body react to fasting in much the same way as they do to exercising.

Fasting places your body under stress like exercising does and creates changes that help burn fat and extend your lifespan.

By fasting I mean you only eat during the day in 8 hour window.

This means for 16 hours your body burns through almost all of your carbs that are stored in your muscles and liver.

Once your carbs are depleted your body turns to fat storage for energy. By doing intermittent fasting your body learns to efficiently burn fat for fuel.

The second trick is to do this while on a high fat low carb diet taking weight loss to the sizzling hot fat burning level you are striving for.

This works best because your body already is burning fat for energy and because of that you aren’t starving during the fast.

A superset is a combination of exercises that you do without rest in-between.

So you would first do about 50 jump ropes and then do a fast set of 25 jumping jacks going as fast as you can.

After one superset you can rest for about 2 minutes then repeat 3 to 5 times.
