Titanic Weight Loss

The Titanic effect, as I call it, is the fact that many of the first lifeboats to leave the ship were not filled to capacity.


They were told by the experts and believed that this ship was unsinkable and a travesty that happened was just unthinkable to them.

Only after it became apparent to them did they start to panic and fight to get on the remaining life boats.

Could your diet be the same scenario?

That your weight and health problems may be caused by a diet that most healthcare practitioners recommend?

While many diseases are skyrocketing along with overweight and obesity problems, isn’t it time to panic and start thinking about a lifeboat?

Just like water rushing into the Titanic as the boat started to tilt warned those on board that this threat is real, so should the statistics of nearly 70% of the adult population in the U.S. is either overweight or obese and on a least one prescription drug be a warning to you about your diet.

But the trust in the healthcare practitioners today is so strong today that you may think the low fat diet must be the way to go.

If you read my post yesterday, you would have seen there are many countries that eat a high saturated fat diet and are a healthy weight.

And that in these countries the higher the percentage of saturated fat in the meal that the population eats in their diets the healthier they seem to be.

But I am guessing that you may still be trying to lose weight on a recommended low fat diet.

And I am guessing it is it is a struggle for you and isn’t working for long term weight loss because you have to keep fighting cravings, huger pains between meals, sugar spikes and foggy brain after the sugar spike is gone.

Is this how you picture living the rest of your life?

Because as soon as you go off this type of diet, your weight may return and then some.

It isn’t a mystery why but science.

Why stay on a diet that may cause your weight to yo-yo up and down and may really not be the healthiest diet out there?

Don’t be like the people on the Titanic only panicking when the boat starts to tilt.

Look into a mirror and in your medicine cabinet.

I explore the many diets on the market. I looked at the USDA Myplate diet, diets high in protein low in fat and the high fat low carb diet plans. What I found is the high fat low carb diet seemed to have the most health benefits for you. But a high fat diet weight loss plan goes against everything you have been taught for your whole life. Plus if you have never been on a high fat low carb diet, you are so conditioned to sugar and grains at every meal you probably picture low carb dinner ideas as bland and tasteless. What I want to show you is a new diet plan that is tasty, healthy and easy to stick to because it eliminates all your cravings. Plus it tackles another problem with most diets, because it can be customized to your individual metabolism. When I was researching diets I noticed a lot were not customized. It was all about a “one size fits all” diet. So I wrote my own book the 3 Step Low Carb High Fat Diet plan which is a customized diet that adjusts according to each individual’s metabolism, and is based on the research I did on multiple high fat low carb diets.
