There I said it!

If you have been coming to this page for the last two and a half months, you may not even know that I have a diet book.

Even if you scour all my Facebook posts, you would be very hard pressed to find any mention of it.

It is not because I don’t want to get my book into your hands.

NO….

It is because I want you may finally have a chance to reach your weight loss and dieting goals once it is in your hands.

You see, I don’t want you to get this book and put it on the back burner and never start.

I want you to have success.

That is why my posts have been more about the low fat diets and how and why they are very hard to stick to and experience your weight loss and health goals.

If you know what diets do and why, then you will have an easier time sticking to a healthy diet long term.

Yes, you can have weight loss and health benefits on a low fat diet, I don’t disagree with that.

But this is the diet that has and still is being promoted by all the health care practitioners for all of your life.

If this was such a great diet that you, like me, have been following our whole lives then why is almost 70% of the U.S. adult population overweight and on at least one prescription?

How did you learn to avoid fats?

It was through the biased information put out there by trusted authorities.

And it would be very hard to try a high fat diet without you knowing which fats are healthy and to give you enough information to want to try it.

In this video I explain how I was not overweight but had health problems.

It made no sense to me.

After all, I am sure you have heard that your health depends on exercise.

Now I don’t disagree with that.

But with sticking to a low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium diet plus running 6 miles every other day and lifting weights my blood pressure and cholesterol numbers just didn’t move but a number or two.

I was always told by my doctors it was genetics.

But why on this 3 Step LCHF Diet, did, and still do my health problems get better?

Why do I feel better? Not a little better. Much, much better.

I don’t believe it is genetics that helped me get better, it is science.

I have always been very sensitive to prescriptions and therefore became determined to find some natural alternative medicine to get healthier.

I had no idea it would be in the form of a high fat diet!

I thought it would be in some supplement or vitamin.

When I wrote this book I looked at all the different research studies about weight loss and health that were not biased based from all around the world.

I noted which studies had the best success and compiled all the different amounts of carbs, proteins and fat.

Looked at what kind and amounts of carbs, protein and fats produced healthy results and which didn’t in the studies.

In the book there are charts that are easy to follow and can be implemented without having to constantly count calories.

It explains how much protein you should eat. You see too much protein may not be good for you. But not everyone’s metabolism is the same, so it is customized to you.

I show how many carbs are in different foods so you don’t constantly keep spiking your blood glucose and insulin levels and how to customize your carb intake.

But the healthy fats are encouraged in order to get good results.

I explore the many diets on the market. I looked at the USDA Myplate diet, diets high in protein low in fat and the high fat low carb diet plans. What I found is the high fat low carb diet seemed to have the most health benefits for you. But a high fat diet weight loss plan goes against everything you have been taught for your whole life. Plus if you have never been on a high fat low carb diet, you are so conditioned to sugar and grains at every meal you probably picture low carb dinner ideas as bland and tasteless. What I want to show you is a new diet plan that is tasty, healthy and easy to stick to because it eliminates all your cravings. Plus it tackles another problem with most diets, because it can be customized to your individual metabolism. When I was researching diets I noticed a lot were not customized. It was all about a “one size fits all” diet. So I wrote my own book the 3 Step Low Carb High Fat Diet plan which is a customized diet that adjusts according to each individual’s metabolism, and is based on the research I did on multiple high fat low carb diets.
