Frying pan weight loss

How you may fry your body fat like a piece of butter in a frying pan and may just be the easiest and healthiest way to get rid of it.

You might think burning off more calories than you’re taking in. Right?

After all this sounds very reasonable. But the reality is, it is a lot more complex than that.

I am sure you have tried cutting fat from your diet, in reality though, this is the exact move that may have prevented you from your ideal weight loss you wanted.

You may believe, like most people that you can exercise your way towards good health.

But research is showing exercise is not effective in providing large amounts of weight loss on its own.

Here is why….

Just to burn off the calories from a Snickers bar you would have to walk around 5 miles.

And just having one soda a day you would have to walk around one hour a day just to stop weight gain.

Don’t fret. Since you are here reading this you can learn a few concepts that may help you with a successful fat frying weight loss plan of attack.

Eat organic vegetables, grass fed or pastured meats and lots of healthy fat.

So let’s look at each of these 3 things in more detail.

High intensity interval training is creating quite the buzz because of its potential to fry the maximum amount of calories in a minimum amount of time.

Here is how it works. You do a short set of full blast exercise that is followed by a short period of active rest. Do 3 to 4 sets.

Doing this makes the body work harder than if you were to do a steady paced cardio.

Eat organic vegetables, grass fed or pastured meats and lots of healthy fat.

When you eat like this, you remove refined fructose.

This is very important because fructose is actually broken down very much like alcohol, damaging your liver and causing havoc to body.

So just remember your weight is affected by the source of the calories you eat, not just the number of calories.

What this means is that identical calorie counts from fructose or glucose, fructose and protein, or fructose and fat, will cause entirely different reactions.

So depending on what you eat, you can eat more calories and lose weight…

Or you may eat fewer calories and still gain weight.

So once you know how, if done right, you can eat to lose weight!

More often than not, you’ll find that the weight comes off much easier when you eat more healthy fats and less non-vegetable carbohydrates such as added sugars, processed fructose, and processed grains which of course is includes all flour products.

If all of this sounds complicated, don’t worry, once you grasp the basics, it is easy.

Lastly is intermittent fasting.

When you eat lots of healthy saturated fats you feel satisfied throughout the day and night. So skipping a meal when you become accustomed to this diet is no big deal.

In fact, there are days I miss a meal and don’t even realize it until the next meal.

Another way to intermittent fast is to eat all of your meals within a 6-8 hour window then fasting for the next 16-18 hours.

When you do all these things together they may create the hottest fat frying weight loss program that promotes good health for you.

The text can be quite convincing and this is probably why I am making the effort to opine. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that.
