Nature has a marvelous way of doing things.

Like dieting.

Don’t fight nature and try to do a man-made dieting plan.

You do know that low fat diets are man-made, right?

Do you think your ancestors a couple of 100 years ago worried if they ate too much fat?

And guess what?

They didn’t have the overweight and obesity problems with spiking diseases that we have today.

Who do you trust more about dieting?

Mother Nature or scientist that give diet advice based on flawed studies done in the 1900’s by a young Russian scientist named Anitschkow and in 1958 another study done by an American researcher named Ancel Keys.

Both studies have been proven to be seriously flawed.

Yet it is still the diet most respected health care practitioners will recommend to you today.

I could go on and on about why they would do this, but it isn’t as important as what it is doing to your health.

This type of diet has, and still is, being heavily promoted.

And the more people follow this diet the more diseases like cancers, Alzheimer’s, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, all age related diseases, overweight and obesity, depression, fatigue, arthritis and skin disorders increase.

And they have been spiking at an alarming rate.

In fact nearly 70% of the U.S. adults are overweight or obese and are on at least one prescription drug.

Yes you could follow one of those popular diet plans that are low carb and very high protein, but is that the best diet to follow?

Recent research is suggesting they are not.

This is because protein affects both your blood sugar and insulin levels.

You see protein can be turned into glucose by a process that is called gluconeogenesis.

So a low carb very high protein diet has the potential to slow or stop you from burning body fat.

Newer studies are coming to light that show the healthiest diet to be on may be a very low carb high FAT diet.

And this is the diet, if you do it correctly, can produce the fastest weight loss for you.

But that is not all…

Leaves you satisfied between meals

Is very tasty

Easy to follow once you have all the information

I explore the many diets on the market. I looked at the USDA Myplate diet, diets high in protein low in fat and the high fat low carb diet plans. What I found is the high fat low carb diet seemed to have the most health benefits for you. But a high fat diet weight loss plan goes against everything you have been taught for your whole life.
