Day 3 of facts produced from different studies that compares a low fat diet vs a high fat low carb diet for you.

Yesterday we compared fat loss especially around the belly, today we look at fat loss while on an exercising routine.

When you are on a low fat diet, you usually load up on carbs before a workout.

This is great because it gives you access to about 2,500 carbohydrate calories to burn during the workout. Then that’s it.

When you are on a low carb high fat diet and are a fat burner instead of a carb (sugar) burner like on a low fat diet, you now burn body fat during the workout giving your body access to about 50,000 fat calories to burn.

Studies show that if you are a runner who is adapted to a low carb high fat diet you can burn 2.3 times more fat per minute during a workout when compared to a low fat diet.

When on a low carb high fat diet this ability to burn fat has shown that it can provide various health benefits and protect you against obesity.

The bottom line is that a low carb high fat diet can immencely improve your ability to burn fat during exercise.

I explore the many diets on the market. I looked at the USDA Myplate diet, diets high in protein low in fat and the high fat low carb diet plans.
